Pancake application helps with multi-channel sales, especially to answer customers’ requests and questions, manage the business on online channels such as Facebook and a few e-commerce platforms: Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia.

To connect Omisell to Pancake, follow these steps:

  • Connect to your Facebook store

Go to


Log in via Facebook


Choose a Facebook page that you want to connect then click “Next”.


Click “Add Page” to start to synchronize messages and other information from Facebook to Pancake


Click on the conversation that you want to create order

  • Connect to Pancake to Omisell

Select “Login” on the right-hand side of the page to login into Omisell

Click on Omisell logo –> Fast Access –> Pancake to return to Pancake page

Fill in the required information: Channels, Customer’s Name, phone number, address, and the product.
Then click “Create order”

You have successfully created an order using Pancake.
Next, the order tracking number will display on the right-hand side of the page after clicking “Ok”

Finally, you confirm your order have been created by going to Omisell page, go to “Orders”, the order you just created should be on top
