Currently, Omisell is supporting the processing of digital product orders by synchronizing digital products from the Shopee platform to the system and processing as normal orders. Other sales channels do not currently support digital product order processing.
Some notes when selling digital products on Shopee:
If the digital product belongs to the Voucher & Service category, the sellers need to register with Shopee according to the Instructions for providing documents to sell this product and post the product for sale as required to sell the product, service & Voucher as in the article Note When Posting for Sale of Voucher Products & Services on Shopee
Digital products without hard files / tangible products sent to customers but want to ship to customers by themselves, need to contact Shopee to open a self-shipping channel to process orders.
