Creating a purchase order on Omisell aims to help you track and manage imported orders to your inventory.

  1. Create purchase order
    Creating a purchase order on Omisell aim to helps you track and manage your inventory. To fill in information about about the purchase order, follow these steps:
    Step 1: Go to “Inventory”
    Step 2: Select “Purchase management”
    Step 3: Click “Create purchase” on the top right corner of the page
    Step 4: Fill in the required information about the order
    Step 5: Click “Create Purchase” after filling the information.
  1. Purchase status update
    Step 1: Go to “Inventory”
    Step 2: Select “Purchase management”
    In the list of purchase orders, here you will be able to update the status of this purchase order to make it easier to manage.
Note: In this section you need to update the purchase status of your inventory by changing the purchase status:
  • If the order is in “In-transit” status and you have received the goods at the warehouse, you need to go to the 3 vertical dots to change the status to “Purchase completed” >> order status. the update will change to “Received at warehouse”.
    Or select “Cancel” when the order is not completed >> order status will change to “Canceled”
  • If the product is in “Received at warehouse” status you need to update the status to import goods into inventory by clicking on order details to update inventory.

In the next interface, click on the 3 vertical dots in the product name in the order and select “Update inventory”.

In the new window that appears, update the actual quantity of products in inventory with notes (inspector, product defects or other notes if any) then select “Update” to finish.

After this step, the purchase order status changes to “Inspection at warehouse”.

  • If the product is in “Inspection at warehouse” status, to change its status to “Purchase completed” then in the order details page (as shown in the image above) you can click on “Confirm completed”. Or, on the orders list, click “Confirm completed” in the 3-dot button.
